Last Sneaky Peak
This is an example from the Distressing Class, you won't be making this exact mini book but shown how to make and distress the cover and pages, you probably won't have time to create a whole album but you will be given enough materials to make the basic book below and an 8"x8" Album. All the paint, inks etc will be provided for you to use during the class. This class will be fun so be prepared for lots of messy work, you may wish to bring an apron and some baby wipes.

We will be creating something a bit different, two round scrapbook pages, they are really easy to do, that’s why there are two, I’m sure they will make an interesting addition to your scrapbook and will easily fit into 12”x12” page protectors.

The project/technique for the next crop will be stitching, “yippee” I hear some of you cry and “oh dear I cannot sew” cry the rest of you. Another Great Crop
Saturday 26 April 2008
Next Crop - 11th May
I hope you all enjoyed making and have finished your clear album, please bring them along to the crop I'd love to see the finished product. We could also do with getting some photos to put onto the blog.
At the crop we are going to make a lovely layout with ribbons, eyelets, flowers and some printed journaling using the PC. We thought some of you might like to learn how to use your PC to print directly onto cardstock, so we'll show you how. So search out a lovely poem or some journaling to go with your photo.
To make the layout you will need the following:
3 pieces of 12x12 plain or patterned co-ordinating cardstock
Eyelets
Brads - various colours/sizes
Photo 6"X4" approx
Small piece of cardstock to mount photo
Small pieces of co-ordinating ribbons
Flowers (various colours and sizes) or other embellishments to decorate (don't forget we have a few flower dies at the crop that you could use)
Suitable poem or journaling
We have just received a new supply of Bazzill cardstock so there will be lots of new colours and replacements for the ones that everyone seems to use, just in case you havn't got anything suitable in your stash.
Also don't forget its National Scrapbooking Day next Saturday 3rd May, so put down the duster and leave the washing for another day and get together with your friends and spend the day scrapping.
Look forward to seeing you all again on the 11th May. Have fun .. Jackie***

The Crop Project will be a cute six page 6"x6" Clear Album made from laminating pouches, patterned papers, stamps and Stazon Inks.Supplies required to create the album:
- Plain or patterned papers - double sided is best but not essential (you will just need small pieces as these will be cut to 4"x4")
- Embellishments to decorate your album
- Ribbons to decorate and to bind your pages together
- 3.5"x3.5" (approx) photos
- Rubber/clear stamps (if you don't have any suitable stamps there are plenty available at the crop for this type of project)
- Stazon Ink to be used to stamp onto your laminated sheets (this is the only type of ink that will adhere/dry on laminate, again these are available at the crop if you don’t have any)

What a Great Crop Today
Chris Ferry and I gave ourselves a little challenge to use up some of our scrapbooking papers we seem to have had for ages, we chose the same page sketch from Page Maps and below are the finished layouts.
Look forward to seeing you all at the next crop on the 13th April where we will be using laminated sheets to create a small album. Details will be posted later once I have got something sorted.
